Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. This is the return period Liberty Essence has chosen for this policy.
The 30-day period is not a Colorado-mandated return right. This policy remains subject to applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
Change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind return is limited to products that are unopened and unused and are returned in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Use the Liberty Essence contact page to send a question.
Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where required by law.
Refunds
After a return is received and reviewed, any approved refund is issued to the original payment method.
Two-product offer adjustments
For a two-product offer, returning both products unopened qualifies for a refund of the bundle price. If one product is returned and one is kept, the retained product is adjusted to the $24.99 single-product price.
